MEP Construction Manager
with strong
data center project
exposure to lead and manage Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) works for a large-scale data center development in Nusajaya, Johor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all MEP construction activities for data center projects from construction through testing & commissioning.
• Coordinate MEP works with civil, architectural, and specialist contractors to ensure full system integration.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, authority requirements, and data center standards (Tier, redundancy, uptime).
• Manage MEP contractors' performance, progress, quality, and safety on site.
• Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and integrated systems testing (IST).
