MEP Commercial Manager

An established Tier 1 building services contractor is seeking an experienced MEP Commercial Manager to lead the commercial delivery of a major flag ship London-based development involving shell and core and fit out. This particular project will be changing London skyline

This position will hold overall commercial responsibility for the project, leading the commercial team while working closely with the board of directors to ensure successful financial and contractual delivery throughout the full project lifecycle.
