MEP BIM Co-Ordinator

Minimum 6 years in BIM roles, with at least 3 years as MEP BIM co-ordinator role. Prior Gulf Experience Preferred.
Location: Chennai, India. Time to time travel to UAE or Kuwait as per requirement.
Experience: Minimum 6 years in BIM roles, with at least 3 years in MEP BIM coordination or leadership roles
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical / Electrical) or related discipline
Roles & Responsibilities
·      Develop, coordinate, and manage MEP BIM models from LOD 300 to LOD 500 using
Autodesk Revit .
·      Lead the coordination of 3D BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems integrated with Architectural, Structural, and Civil models.
·      Coordinate HVAC, chilled water, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, electrical power, lighting, ELV systems, cable trays, containment, and equipment layouts in compliance with project requirements.
