Mentor

We are looking for a dynamic and highly versatile individual to join a multi-faceted team as a Mentor to support Melton residents. The role will primarily involve case‑management, beginning with a triage assessment to enable digital, financial and social independence.

Your caseload will reflect the multi‑functioning structure of a small team; you must demonstrate experience in supporting people with diverse and complex needs. This is an exciting opportunity to rise to the challenges of a continuously developing service within a multi‑agency centre.
