Mental Health Technician: Part-Time or Full-Time

This opportunity is full-time or part-time with a 8-hour shift option 7am-3:30pm, 3pm-11:30pm, 11pm-7:30am OR with a 12-hour shift option 7am-7:30pm, 7pm-7:30am and with either option rotating every other weekend to work.

The Meadows Psychiatric Centeris the leading behavioral health treatment facility in Central Pennsylvania. We are located a short distance outside State College, PA. The Meadows is a 119 inpatient behavioral health hospital and has been providing comprehensive services to children, adolescents, adults and older adults for over 35 years.

The Mental Health Technician functions as an active part of the treatment team, providing continuous patient care, supervision, interaction and role modeling to patients ranging in ages from adolescent through geriatrics. All MHT’s work under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
