We’re seeking dependable **Mental Health Techs / Behavioral Techs** for an **adolescent residential program in Petaluma, CA** . Great opportunity for local candidates looking for consistent hours with the potential to transition into per diem.

**Start:** ASAP
**Schedule:**

+ AM or Swing shifts
+ Weekdays and weekends
+ 32–40 hours/week

**Contract:** Minimum 1 month (option to extend or move into per diem)

**Requirements:**

+ **At least 6 months of behavioral health experience**
+ Experience with adolescents preferred
+ Strong communication and de-escalation skills
+ Reliable and team-oriented

**Bonus:**
