We are seeking qualified and experienced Counsellors and Psychologists to join our growing team as a Mental Health Specialist. As our Mental Health Specialist, you will be the cornerstone of our mental well-being initiative. You will provide high-touch, empathetic support to our employees, fostering a culture of resilience and psychological safety through individual counseling, group workshops, and peer-to-peer support.

What You'll Do

• Provide 1-1 mental health counselling / coaching for employees on various mental health topics (e.g. resilience, stress management, and available well-being resources)
• Develop and deliver group sessions and workshops to promote mental health awareness and resilience
