Mental Health Nurse (RMN) / Supported Living

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Mental Health Nurse to become a Registered Manager to lead our Supported Living service, supporting adults with Learning Disabilities (LD), Mental Health needs, and Complex Care requirements. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred support that enables individuals to live independently and achieve positive outcomes. You must have PBS experience for this role.
You should ideally have or to have started the Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification in order to register. Support will be provided to the right candidate.
Some travel to Coventry will be required, as there is another supported living site there but Birmingham will be the main location.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management, quality, compliance, and performance of the service, ensuring exceptional standards of care and support are maintained at all times.<...
