Mental Health Clinical Lead

Overview

Mental Health Clinical Lead at Gatwick IRC. Provide advanced clinical practice and leadership within the Integrated Healthcare Services team, supporting mental health services, assisting GPs, and working collaboratively with the Clinical Lead.

Location: Gatwick. Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday‑Friday 8:00 am‑4:00 pm with shift patterns. Salary: £51,643–£58,012 per annum, depending on experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Work as part of and lead the Mental Health team within the Integrated Healthcare Services team.
• Provide clinical leadership and management to registered nurses and allied health professionals.
• Establish inter‑agency working to ensure good communication and increase quality of care for patients.
• Ensure own clinical practice is consistent with autonomous practice within the role.
