£13.45 per hour + £50 Sleep-In Payments

Salary approx. £25,000 per annum

We are recruiting for an experienced and resilient Case Worker to join a supported accommodation service in RCT supporting individuals with complex needs.

This role involves supporting people experiencing:

• Mental health challenges
• Substance misuse and alcohol dependency
• Self-harm behaviours
• Difficulties managing a tenancy

You'll provide practical and emotional support within a shared housing environment, helping individuals work towards greater independence and stability.
