SRAM Characterization Engineer Role and Responsibilities: Responsible for Creating critical path netlist and running characterization of SRAM Responsible for generating lib/avm/dat views Responsible for performing quality checks on lib/avm/dat views Skill Requirements: Basic Understanding of SRAM Architecture and Functionalilty. Good Understanding of SRAM Liberty, AVM, Dat views. Â Should be able to understand timing, power and leakage measurements in SRAM. Â Â Should be well versed in Finesim / Primesim simulations. Â Â Good Scripting skills (Perl/Pythod/shell). Â Â Characterization of SRAM design for timing/power/leakage. Good to have: Good Scripting skills (Perl/Pythod/shell). Data analysis for Characterization DB. Experience: 2 to 5 years of professional experience in SRAM/ROM Characterization. Qualifications: B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech/M.E
