Membership Supervisor, M+ Museum (Part-time)

M+ is a museum dedicated to collecting, exhibiting, and interpreting visual art, design and architecture, moving image, and Hong Kong visual culture of the twentieth and twenty-first centuries. You will be responsible for:

• performing high quality customer services duties in member’s lounge;

• handling customer inquiries and complaints; flagging up to supervisor of unusual situations or unresolved issues;

• handling membership transactions, e.g. membership enrollment, renewal, upgrade, ticket conversion; proactively provide and introduce M+ membership to guests;
