Membership Coordinator

As our Membership Coordinator, you'll play a key part in bringing our children's, youth and family programmes to life. You'll be the friendly face families meet, the organiser behind the scenes, and the person who helps make every session and party run smoothly. You'll support activities across Y-Kids, Youth Memberships, Birthday Parties, Nursery sport sessions, and even help young people transition into Camp Williams. It's a busy, varied and rewarding role, perfect for someone who thrives in a people-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing bookings, enquiries and family communications
• Coordinating sessions, staff rotas and activity schedules
• Supporting members with onboarding, renewals and show-rounds
• Ensuring high-quality, fun, age-appropriate activities
• Leading the organisation of birthday parties and events
• Supporting nursery activity sessions and lunchtime cover
