Member Service Advisor - Ashcroft Branch

Beem Credit Union is looking for a Member Service Advisor to join our Ashcroft Branch. At Beem, you will play a vital role in driving the company's financial success by addressing members' core needs with excellence. You’ll also identify opportunities to recommend and cross‑sell additional products and services.

What you’ll do

• Open accounts, process investments & lending transactions.
• Conduct loan interviews and collect and compile relevant information for credit risk adjudication.
• Process member transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, bill payments, wires, drafts, term deposits, etc.
• Adhere to standards and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with branch administrative duties such as outgoing cheque deposit, ATM balancing, Night Deposit, etc.
• Balance treasury blotter and post transactions daily.
