Key Responsibilities
Supervise melting and ingot casting operations
Monitor furnace parameters such as temperature and charging process
Ensure correct raw material charging and alloy composition
Maintain production targets and quality standards
Coordinate with quality control and production teams
Ensure proper handling of molten metal
Maintain daily production and furnace records
Enforce shop floor safety procedures
Lead and guide melting shop operators and workers
