Melt Shop Improvement Facilitator

Responsibilities include the development of new standards and the refinement of existing standards, structures, systems, and equipment to ensure process efficiency and effectiveness. The incumbent is responsible for driving continuous improvement through the application of methodologies, QIS improvement principles, and technical and engineering tools, working in close coordination with the appropriate Superintendent, Routine Facilitator, and operational staff within the assigned area of responsibility.
Develop, implement, and adjust operational standards, systems, and equipment.
Apply QIS, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
Support and oversee 5S initiatives, failure analysis, results management, and safety activities.
Coordinate and manage CAPEX projects, including data compilation and analysis.
Assist location management with the Annual Action Plan and administration of policies, procedures, and processes.
