The Medication Therapy Management (MTM) Pharmacy Technician at PipelineRx (now a part of Evernorth Health Services) supports Remote Pharmacy Services by collecting and documenting accurate patient medication histories, assisting pharmacists, and performing related clinical and administrative tasks.

Shift:

You will be required to work from 9a – 6p, EST Mon - Fri.

Position Summary:

The Pharmacy Technician Lead supports the daily operations of the MTM team while also performing MTM technician duties. This role helps coordinate workflow, supports training and onboarding, provides guidance to team members, and works with leadership to maintain quality, productivity, and service goals.
