Medication Journey Coordinator (ADHD Services) - 12 Month FTC

As the Medication Journey Coordinator at The Owl, you will play a key role in supporting the safe and smooth delivery of our ADHD Medication Service. You will help guide clients through every stage of their journey; from referral and starting medication, through titration and stabilisation, to annual reviews and shared care.

You will be focused on making sure each client feels supported, informed, and valued at every step. You will keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes, ensuring communication is clear and timely, and that clients have a positive experience throughout their medication journey.

You will work closely with clinicians, GP practices, pharmacies and other partners, acting as a key point of contact to keep everything coordinated and on track. Alongside this, you will make sure processes are followed safely and in line with clinical standards and The Owl’s values.
