Medical Virtual Assistant

We’re looking for a reliable, patient-focused Virtual Assistant with medical or dental experience to support our front-office operations. This role is ideal for someone confident on the phone, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with medical/dental systems and CRMs.

Schedule

Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (CT)

Full-Time | Remote

Main Responsibilities

• Handle inbound phone calls and perform patient triage
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments
• Verify patient eligibility and basic information
• Enter and update real-time notes during calls
• Maintain accurate records in CRMs and medical/dental software
• Manually transfer and reconcile data between systems when needed
