Medical Technologist

Position Summary
The Lead Tech/MT/MLT/CLS/CLT is responsible for - Performing the lab tests ordered by providers in an accurate and timely manner. Performing venipunctures and capillary draws on Inpatients, Emergency Department patients, and Outpatients as required. Performing Preventive Maintenance and other Quality Assurance Activities to promote continuing excellence within the laboratory.
Qualifications
MLT/CLT – Associate in Applied Science Degree with MLT/CLT, highly recommended to be registered with a nationally recognizes organization (ASCP preferred). MT/CLS – Bachelor’s of Science Degree with MT/CLS of the equivalent in education, highly recommended to be registered with a nationally recognized organization (ASCP preferred). Prior Medical Technology experience preferred.
