To Develop and maintain effective relationships with external scientific leaders for local scientific leadership/To discuss and provide non-promotional scientific Information to internal and external customers 
· Provide scientific communication through external customer visits based on a monthly plan (>50% for scientific leaders)
· Provide support for Investigator Initiated Study : Provide scientific leaders with IISP Areas of Interest and proceed local, regional, and headquarter review/communications for submitted IISPs
· Present recent disease/product-related scientific data in external/internal meetings
· Participate in the development of medical affairs plan and execute it in a planned manner for SL engagement 
· Provide inputs on marketing plans and train sales reps regularly
