Join our Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) team as an Onsite Medical Representative (OMR), dedicated to ensuring the safety and well-being of our workforce. You will work closely with WHS site managers and specialists, providing first aid, assessing injuries, and advocating for health and wellness principles.
Responsibilities

+ Provide first aid support and refer to outside medical providers as necessary.

+ Minimize injury risk through awareness, education, and proactive engagement.

+ Maintain records of care provided to Associates (AAs).

+ Coordinate and maintain workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs.

+ Provide daily activity logs and end-of-shift reports.

+ Engage with AAs and leadership to coach on at-risk work habits.

+ Maintain a clean working environment and medical supply inventory.
