Summary This position is located within the Health Information Management (HIM) section of the El Paso VA Health Care System (EPVAHCS). The Medical Records Technician (Release of Information) (MRT-ROI) is responsible for reviewing and processing requests for Veterans' protected health information (PHI) in accordance with all applicable federal laws, regulations, and VA policies governing authorization and disclosure of health information.
