Medical Receptionist‑Telephonist (Care Navigator)
The medical receptionist / call taker is an integral part of the wider primary care team. They are the first point of contact for patients, carers, professional colleagues and visitors, representing the clinic’s care and empathy.
Job Summary
The role offers a varied day working within a team of colleagues across two sites. Working around 20 hours per week, shifts are Monday to Friday between 7:45 am and 6 pm (soon to be 6:30 pm). The position provides an opportunity to meet a variety of people and take part in mixed tasks, delivering a satisfying and impactful experience.

- Provide initial telephone and in‑person reception for patients, carers, colleagues and visitors.
- Use EMIS Web software and maintain accurate appointments and records.
