+ Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
+ Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Position Overview
We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and highly reliable Patient Services Representative to join our team. This role is a blend of front desk, customer service, and administrative support in a fast-paced healthcare environment specializing in prosthetics, orthopedics.
You will be the first point of contact for patients—both in-person and over the phone—helping guide them through services, insurance, and care coordination.
