Your Opportunity:
Performs, produces, and records a variety of defined diagnostic imaging examinations, including but not limited to ensuring that the quality of patient care is maintained at a high level. Review documentation to ensure no errors in patient identification and that the correct examination is performed. Communicating to the patient; preparing, explaining, and positioning the patient for the examination. Preparing and/or administering imaging agents as authorized. Reviewing images for completeness of examination, sorting images, and checking with the Radiologist when necessary. Maintaining quality control in the performance of all procedures; is responsible for the quality and accuracy of images produced, as per departmental policies and procedures. Recording all necessary data in patient charts as required and appropriate. Ensuring that all data entry and paperwork requirements are completed for each patient.
