TekSystems is currently hiring for a Medical Patient Service Coordinator in the Lutherville, MD area!

MUST HAVE: 3 years of medical secretary, patient service coordinator, medical front desk or related experience. MUST Have EPIC experience!

Schedules patients

check in/out

Chart prep

calling for referrals

Answers phones, schedules procedures, completes authorizations & insurance verification

greets incoming patients

provides excellent customer service

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Must have a high school diploma

Must have at least 2-3+ years in medical office working Front Desk/Patient Registration etc

Previous EPIC experience is a MUST

Dermatology experience would be a PLUS or exp at a multispecialty location

Must have great customer service skills

Must be comfortable working in a high volume role/team
