Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, hands‑on Medical Operations Administrator to lead the day‑to‑day operations of a busy, innovative teaching medical centre located west of London, Ontario. This leadership role is ideal for a healthcare operations professional with strong clinical and administrative experience who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is passionate about supporting high‑quality patient care, physician education, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

Reporting to the Centre’s Board of Directors, the Medical Administrator will work closely with physicians, learners, centre staff, and external stakeholders to ensure the centre operates efficiently, remains compliant with all regulatory requirements, achieves funding and attachment targets, and provides an exceptional patient experience.
