A successful candidate should be an urgent care professional who demonstrates:Skills in managing a broad range of acute presentations, from minor injuries to urgent medical conditions;
Confidence in performing procedures and minor trauma management;
Empathy, adaptation, and calmness under pressure;
Team player spirit and a willingness to join a multidisciplinary environment;
