Medical Malpractice Account Manager

Responsibilities Serve as the primary liaison between healthcare clients and internal teams
Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with key stakeholders
Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance, needs, and opportunities
Develop and execute account plans to meet client objectives and company revenue goals
Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations
