About the Opportunity

The Medical Laboratory Technologist C (MLT-C) coordinates, supports, maintains, and delivers competency training based on laboratory SOPs and policies while advancing practice. The MLT-C works within a team primarily of Medical Laboratory Assistants, supports scheduling and shift replacement, and oversees work processes, redirecting resources to match operational workload. The role collects data, performs audits, applies sound troubleshooting skills, and demonstrates excellent customer service.

• Assess, implement, plan, evaluate, and apply existing and new clinical knowledge.
• Translate knowledge to practice and deliver competency training via classroom, task training, simulation, clinical, and online learning strategies.
