Medical Director Physician

Shift: Primarily remote, with on-site work as needed for key initiatives

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead strategic initiatives for LIS and EHR integration across multiple facilities
• Ensure compliance with CLIA, CAP, Joint Commission, and HIPAA standards
• Provide medical and technical oversight for system validation and optimization
• Collaborate with executive leadership on data management, interoperability, and workflow efficiency

Requirements:

• MD or DO with Board Certification in Clinical Pathology, Anatomic Pathology, or both
• Board Certification/Eligibility in Clinical Informatics (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare informatics or IT leadership preferred
