Lead the West Kelowna Urgent & Primary Care Centre as the Medical Director with Interior Health. This position emphasizes collaborative medical leadership with direct clinical responsibilities.

The Medical Director role at Interior Health involves fostering strong relationships between physicians and administration while developing professional standards. Reporting to the Executive Medical Director, you will contribute to initiatives under the 'One IH' culture. You are expected to provide clinical services for a minimum of four hours a week alongside your leadership duties of 3.75 hours.
