The role focuses on coordinating incoming requests, updating patient records, and helping the team respond quickly and efficiently to operational needs.

• Monitor and organize multiple Outlook inboxes to ensure incoming requests are reviewed and addressed promptly.

• Enter and update patient details accurately within the Brightree platform and other electronic record systems.
