Full timeEssential Responsibilities:Performs coding audits to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures, laws and government regulations. Ability to write a Letter of Rationale for providers. Ability to meet required productivity standards in both quantity and quality. Credentials: RHIA, RHIT, CCS Minimum 3 years coding/auditing experience Proficient in the use of Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and Encoders Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
