 Job Title: Medical Claims Support Specialist
 Hours: M-F 8am-5pm
 Location: Onsite in New Brighton
 Key Responsibilities:
 Provide exceptional service by responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and video within set response times
 Maintain detailed records of customer interactions 
 Review and answer questions regarding medical insurance details with customers 
 Develop and maintain a consistent communication within the team
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the service experience
 Proactively engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure inquiries are resolved efficiently
 Qualifications:
 Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
 Minimum 2 years of medical insurance experience
 Proficient with Microsoft Office 
 Salesforce experience a plus
