Job Description:
+ Manage all billing and coding functions for the practice.
+ Prepare and submit insurance claims for medical procedures and services.
+ Process insurance payments and manage billing workflows.
+ Perform charge entry, including entering bills into the system and posting payments.
+ Communicate with patients regarding outstanding balances and collect payments.
+ Review and resolve claim denials; advocate with insurance companies to secure payment.
+ Ensure accuracy and compliance in billing and coding processes.
+ Maintain organized and up-to-date billing records.
+ Demonstrate confidence and persistence when working with insurance providers.
