Job Description

Title: Medical Assistant
 Location: Vista, CA 
 Duration: 3 months + contract to hire
 shift: 8am - 5 pm Mon- Fri
 
 Description:
What are the top responsibilities for this position? (Please be as detailed as possible as to what tasks will be conducted on a daily basis):
Perform clinical duties including taking vitals, preparing patients, assisting with exams (including OBGYN procedures), and collecting lab specimens
Maintain accurate patient records, manage EMR updates, schedule appointments, and handle basic front-desk coordination
Ensure patient comfort, follow infection control protocols, maintain exam room readiness, and deliver compassionate, confidential care
 
 
Must have qualifications/experience: MA certificate
 
 What skills/attributes are nice to have, and will set a candidate apart? It would be great if MA had OBGYN experience
