Key Responsibilities

+ Accurately collect and document patient demographics and medical histories

+ Triage patients based on presenting symptoms and urgency of care needs

+ Measure and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and oxygen levels

+ Assist with maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date electronic medical records (EMR)

+ Perform phlebotomy and other clinical procedures as required

+ Provide patient education, instructions, and support
