Medical Assistant, Senior

UPMC Mercy is hiring a Full Time Medical Assistant to support the Pain Center!

This position will work Monday-Friday from 7:30am-4pm.

Preferred candidates will have previous Medical Assistant experience and/or experience with epic.

_Title/salary will be determined at time of offer and will be commensurate with experience. Pay range and qualifications listed are for Medical Assistant, Senior. Starting rate for Medical Assistant is $19.40/hour._

Purpose:
Assist physicians with various aspects of patient care (including clerical, environmental, and organizational tasks) ensuring patient satisfaction. In addition to core Medical Assistant responsibilities, serves as lead person for team regarding day-to-day workflow issues or office procedures.
