+ Document patient information accurately and timely in EMR systems.
+ Prepare charts prior to appointments, including labs, imaging, and records.
+ Assist providers with procedures and patient care activities.
+ Collect and process specimens as needed.
+ Support pharmacy refills, referrals, lab orders, and result tracking.
