As a Medical Assistant you will be the first contact for patient care, responsible for administrative responsibilities in addition to patient care. Working onsite in a clinical environment and reporting to the Center Administrator you will perform varied activities and moderately complex administrative, operational, and customer support assignments.
Location: CenterWell Senior Primary Care office located at
240 Hwy 17 North, North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582
As a Medical Assistant you will perform clinical tasks such as:
+ Perform pre-visit planning based on patient visit type
+ Obtain and record medical history and vital signs
+ Room patients and assist healthcare providers with medical procedures and treatments
+ Perform specimen collection and point of care testing
+ Prepare and administer medication under the direction of healthcare provider
+ Ensure accurate documentation in the electronic health ...
