**What Lead MA will do:**

+ Coordinates daily operations of assigned unit.
+ May routinely perform day-to-day staff level duties.
+ Oversees clinical office functions, including daily quality control functions.
+ Communicates and collaborates with staff and customers to facilitate excellent patient care and service delivery. Serves as a resource to patients, staff and providers in the Manager/Practice Leader’s absence.
