Medical Assistant

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is looking for **Medical Assistant** for our client in **Fort Worth, TX** !

**Type:** 3-month contract, with potential for extension or a full-time offer

**Pay:** $22 to $24/hr

**Location:** Fort Worth, Texas

**Schedule:** 8 am to 5 pm Monday - Friday

**Responsibilities for the Medical Assistant:**

+ Perform all duties within the Medical Assistant scope of practice.
+ Support physicians, advanced practice clinicians (APCs), and nurses in patient care.
+ Prepare and room patients according to established policies and procedures.
+ Assist with patient examinations and perform patient-focused clinical procedures.
+ Administer medications within MA scope of practice (excluding intravenous medications).
+ Operate diagnostic equipment and perform EKGs (without interpreting results).
