+ **Location** : Reliant Medical Group, a Part of Optum: 24 Newton Street Southborough, MA
+ **Schedule** : 4.5 days/week (Mon - Fri). Half day TBD

+ Opens patient areas, prepares patient schedules and patient medical records following standard procedures
