**Job Description**
The Production Operator works in a clean, controlled medical manufacturing environment, focusing on the precise inspection and packaging of small medical device components. This role involves high-volume, repetitive tasks that require strong attention to detail, accurate counting, and consistent documentation to support product quality and regulatory standards.

**Responsibilities**

+ Inspect small medical device components for quality and defects throughout the shift.
+ Sort and process approximately 2,500 pieces per shift while maintaining accuracy and pace.
+ Use tweezers to handle very small components and place them individually into packaging as needed.
+ Count components carefully to ensure accurate quantities in each package.
+ Package inspected components for shipment according to established procedures.
