Medical Affairs Director – Hematology

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Hematology medical strategy aligned with JJIM stakeholders and external hematology experts.
- Co-lead the cross-functional Patient Value Team and contribute to Hematology business planning and budgeting for assigned assets.
- Lead launch readiness and pre-launch medical activities for pipeline hematology assets.
- Represent Canada on global medical affairs teams and ensure Canadian needs are reflected in global strategies.
- Identify evidence gaps across hematologic malignancies and develop data generation plans.
- Oversee company-sponsored Phase 4 and local clinical research and champion investigator-initiated studies.
