**Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm with 1 occasional weekend day per month**

**Job Summary and Qualifications**

**The Medicaid Eligibility Advocate is responsible for conducting eligibility screenings, assessment of patient financial requirements, and counseling patients on insurance benefits and co-payments. The Medicaid Eligibility Advocate is a liaison between the patient, hospital, and governmental agencies and is actively involved in all case management areas.**
