Role Summary

Provide technical support for cloud-based media encoding, transcoding, and content delivery systems. Troubleshoot video, audio, and subtitle processing issues while ensuring platform

performance, quality, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Support media encoding and transcoding workflows
• Troubleshoot video, audio, subtitle, and content delivery issues
• Work with cloud environments (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud)
• Monitor and respond to tickets via JIRA and Slack
• Create documentation and runbooks after RCA
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams

Mandatory Skills

• Strong knowledge of video containers (MOV, MXF, MP4, MPEG-TS)
