Media & Insights Manager

The Media & Insights Manager plays a key role within the Business Insights & Data Management function, driving data-informed decision-making across Vinda's marketing ecosystem. The role is responsible for managing media investments, monitoring digital performance, and translating audience and campaign data into actionable insights that improve marketing effectiveness and accelerate brand growth.

Partnering closely with Marketing, Digital, and E-commerce teams, the incumbent will identify opportunities, optimize media performance, and provide strategic recommendations based on campaign and consumer insights. The role also includes hands‑on management of day‑to‑day media operations, performance tracking, and reporting to ensure efficient and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
